    We accept returns within 15 days after delivery. Please contact our customer service to start your request.

  2. Return Requirements
  • The opal jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, and flawless.
  • No scratches, cracks, water damage, fading, chemical marks, or impact damage.
  • All original items must be returned: gift box, tags, certificate, and accessories intact.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Damaged, worn, resized, repaired, or modified pieces.
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized opal jewelry.
  • Missing original packaging or authenticity documents.
  • Requests beyond the 15-day period.
  1. Refund Process

    After our gem inspection confirms the piece is undamaged, your refund will be processed in 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item or defective goods.

  2. Return Shipping

    Customer covers return shipping cost. Please use padded packaging and insured shipping to protect the fragile opal during transit.

  3. Gentle Opal Reminder

    Opals are delicate and water-sensitive. Avoid showers, chemicals, heat, and hard contact to keep their natural shine forever.
